The Happiness Challenge6:07 PM
I have long been inspired by a pretty phenomenal Ted Talk on happiness.
About a year ago I gave it a shot and made it a whole week before giving up. However this idea of how to be happier has always been bouncing around in my brain. Last week on a trip to Toronto I was flipping through channels in our hotel room when a story on Shawn Anchor popped up. It was a sign and so I am embarking on a 30 day challenge to:
1) Write 3 positive thoughts from the day in a journal before bed
2) Try to send someone a positive note or give a positive comment to someone each day
Join me and give it a shot! The worst that happens is we have to think of a few positive things before bed.
